Written, directed and starring herself, Mack’s debut feature film, Boxer, is currently seeking funding to complete the project. The team has shot the Prelude of the film and Mack looks forward to getting back to set to finish the project.
After the death of her fiancé, a boxer leaves town and keeps training under a new identity. At the boxing gym she meets a man who starts to break her stoic façade and help her open up to a new romance.
Boxer is a story about grit, determination, discipline & love, and is an ode to mental health in the Black community.
